The owners and staff were really welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel was perfectly situated for the ski slopes. The bedroom was large and comfortable. We would definitely use this hotel again.

The only way of ventilating was by opening the door to a small balcony along the house which in principle was accesible also to residents of 4-5 neighbouring rooms. In practice no big risk, but it feels somehwhat uncertain and uncomfortable...

We chose this hotel for our romantic escape because of its great location, just a stone's throw away from the slopes and easily accessible. The views were breathtaking, and the room was spacious and clean. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi.

The helpfulness of the staff on arrival, particularly as we arrived late. Location - perfect for the slopes. Ski room - secure, accessible and spacious. Car Parking - garage underneath hotel, convenient access and no charge made. Helpfulness of the staff on departure day, we were allowed to leave the car in the garage whilst we skied and could use facilities to get changed. Breakfast - pleasant environment and plenty of choice Bar area - pleasant environment with good value drinks and coffees. Internet access was available at no charge, despite information to contrary on website.

When I arrived, I was delighted to find that the hotel was located just a stone's throw away from the main gondola. This convenient location made it so easy for me to hit the slopes every day without any hassle or long walks. It was a dream come true for any avid skier like myself. The proximity to the gondola allowed me to maximize my time on the mountains and enjoy the breathtaking views of the snowy slopes. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless ski holiday experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the mountains. The location is fantastic, as it is very close to the slopes making it easy to go skiing. It is also super close to the ski rental and a great supermarket which was very convenient. The room was tidy, the bathroom was good and the service was very helpful. The breakfast was nice with plenty of tasty options to choose from. The view outside was impressive and the facilities like the beds were very comfortable.

I noticed that the hotel needs a renovation and some parts of the room could be updated.

We loved this hotel's perfect location next to the Crest gondola, which allowed us to be up to the slopes in no time. The breakfast was outstanding, with fresh homemade cakes, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

Great food and friendly staff. Perfect location, just a few steps away from the slopes and lift. The views from the rooms are stunning. The breakfast buffet has a pancake machine and offers a variety of options. Large playroom for kids. The drinks prices are cheaper than in other areas.

The rooms are a bit small and could use some more storage space. Some noise from the bar area could be heard in the rooms during the evenings.
